ALHP does not yet notice if packages get removed from a repo. That is planned to be covered with #22 getting implemented.

Going to keep this blacklisted until figured out why -O3 breaks this. Feel free to reopen if anything new comes up.
I decided to remove pacman from the blacklist. ALHP seems pretty stable since introducing dependency resolving before building, so I feel confident enough so build pacman. Besides, like above…
