17-roadmap.md still defines the phase contracts (what each phase is).
Actual ship order diverged from the linear 1-8 sequence: design
refresh + backend foundations + admin panel got prioritized over the
Phase 2 community features. This doc tracks the slice-based execution
order going forward.
Decisions captured:
- Next slice (A) engages existing users: ICS, sharing, newsletter, user
layout, reviews, reminders. ~6 weeks. Phase 4b skeletons hidden from
nav during this slice.
- Community images split into own slice (B); deferred decision on
whether the moderation cost is worth it.
- Veranstalter onboarding (C) is the first time scope leaves 'users
only'. Gates the rest of the marketplace work.
- Mobile + Ticketing share Slice E; mobile starts here because QR
scanning is the killer use case.
