refactor: rename daemon binary from owlry-core to owlryd

- Binary: owlry-core → owlryd
- Systemd: owlry-core.service → owlryd.service, owlry-core.socket → owlryd.socket
- Client: systemctl start owlryd
- AUR package name stays owlry-core (installs owlryd binary)
