When using blueman to connect to any bluetooth device or search for a device I sometimes get an GDBus.Error:org.bluez.Error.NotReady that does not happen when downgrading to bluez-libs-5.60-1.
So I would recommend to add bluez-libs to the blacklist.

Thanks for bringing this up, we had a simmilar issue recently. bluez-libs is part of bluez. At the moment only whole packages (pkgbases), not split-packages, can be blacklisted.

Added bluez to blacklist, should be visible shortly.
