Hi,
Lots of packages are breaking because python 3.13 is not available.
Seem like its waiting for gcc

Expected behaviour for the annual ~2000 package python rebuild, see last rebuild for python 3.12. python itself is still in the queue, the skip message is probably from a previous queue attempt. Be patient, we are 90% through the rebuild.
