What do you think about mirroring packages that are not build by ALHP.GO and ditching the pkgrel.

This would allow us to replace the default repositories, fixing the following issue #68.
It would also fix the problem of having 2 Providers for some packages (one from ALHP.GO and one from the official repos).

It might also be possible that I am just not fully understanding the Problem ;-)
