Upstream has lib32-mesa in multilib:
https://archlinux.org/packages/multilib/x86_64/lib32-mesa/

The v3 and v2 multilib repos here have only lib32-mesa-amber
https://alhp.dev/packages.html

the blacklisted-issue: #16
does not say anything about that so I think that is a bug

Well spotted, fixed in 0e4f0f04fa.

edit: Took a little more work, since pacsift does print some unnecessary warnings which I had to filter out first.
